Introduction Welcome to our school! Whether you are a returning family or new to our congregation, your family’s presence enriches our school. From kindergarten through the last year of high school, we are partners with you in instilling a love of Judaism and a lifelong hunger for Jewish learning. Our children study Hebrew with children from the rest of the Jewish community at the Community Hebrew School, housed next door at the JCCDC. Once a week they attend class here to study Torah, Jewish history, ethics, holidays, and Israel. In addition to our children’s library, our Cantor, art specialist, storytellers, and others supplement the curriculum. The following pages explain both the school curriculum and classes.
