YOM KIPPUR  BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE

Our Book of Remembrance will contain the names of those who have passed from this world. The book will be distributed on Yom Kippur. Please give us the names of those you want remembered in the Book of Remembrance. IF YOU HAVE A PERMANENT PLAQUE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES IN OUR TEMPLE YOU DO NOT NEED TO LIST THOSE NAMES BELOW. THESE NAMES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PUT INTO OUR BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE.

In accordance with our tradition, it is a Mitzvah to give TZEDAKA in memory of our dead. Please send your donation to Temple Beth-El with the form.

Please note that all names must be submitted by SEPTEMBER 16, 2011.
