Adult Education Registration Information and Form

Advance registration is required to ensure minimum enrollment in the classes.  Please fill in the form and send in $25 to attend any or all classes.  This fee helps to underwrite the cost of all the adult education programs.  In case of financial hardship please contact Susan Canning or Rabbi Neal Loevinger.  No one will be turned away because of inability to pay, but we still need you to register.  Classes will be canceled without minimum enrollment, so send in this form a week prior to class.
