Rabbi Avinoam Sharon is an Israeli lawyer, educator and researcher. He served in Israel’s National Labor Court, and held senior staff and command positions in the Chief Military Advocate’s Unit of the Israel Defense Forces, including as Military Attorney for Judea, Samaria & Gaza. After retiring from active service, he served as rabbi of two Israeli Masorti-Conservative congregations. Rabbi Sharon currently works for Yad Vashem, and his most recent article "Peacekeepers: Will They Advance Any Prospective Arab-Israeli Peace Agreement?" was published in the Fordham International Law Journal.
